Meet Nina
Nina earned her undergrad in psychology at Northeastern and completed her last year online at Capella University while studying abroad in the UK. She received her Masters of Social Work at Florida Atlantic University.
She strives to create a safe, empathetic environment where clients can feel free to express themselves without judgement, while also providing them honest and direct feedback. She believes trust is the driving factor of an effective therapeutic relationship and wants to ensure her clients feel respected, supported and heard. Nina strongly values continued education and training and is constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow in her field.
Nina utilizes various therapeutic interventions from a trauma informed lens such as CBT, DBT, Gestalt and Attachment theory to create an individualized treatment plan catered to her client’s specific needs.
